Ordered almost a month ago, still nothing, do not shop here!
I am sorry to hear about the delay but our website clearing states we use Australia Post for shipping and, unfortunately, at the moment there is unprecedented demand on their postal network. This has resulted in parcels being purposefully delayed in order for Australia Post to deal with the backlog.
I can see from your tracking number that your parcel has been delayed since the 22nd of September. As much as I do not agree with their methods, there is literally nothing I can do to speed up their process.
I am happy to continue discussing this, and in the event you no longer want the product, a refund can be organised.
