Bootblack strives to deliver outstanding products and excellent service, so we promise to do our very best to make right any issues along the way.
With that in mind, here are some things you might want to know...
- If you change your mind, we will happily take back unopened product for Bootblack store credit within 30 days of purchase
- We do not accept any returns/exchanges after 30 days from purchase date
- Contact us within 5 days of purchase if your item arrived faulty or damaged
- You must be the original purchaser of the product and able to provide an order number or account email address
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning your item
If you change your mind and would like a store credit, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit will be placed on your account for the same value.
If an item you have ordered is faulty and you would like an exchange, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your return is received and inspected, a replacement item will be sent out to you.
If an item you have ordered is faulty and you would like a refund, please send us an email at email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition
- Damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Late or Missing Refunds
Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to go through. If you are unable to see it in your account, please contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
