Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
In these instances, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping fee for your returned items. We completely understand if you didn't like the item or you accidentally ordered the wrong item, but shipping is a third-party service that still needs to be paid for.
For all full order refunds where free shipping was provided, we will deduct our actual postage cost from the refund amount.
Please allow 3-5 days for your refund to go through. If you are unable to see it in your account, please contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
